Job Opening in Buford: Treetop Adventure Tour Guide
Treetop Quest, a holding company specializing in the management of outdoor leisure sports is opening its first treetop adventure park in Buford, Georgia.
What makes us unique: We are the first ecofriendly theme park where people from 4 to 88 years old can come have fun while discovering and experiencing what Nature has to offer.
The adventure park consists of a series of 70 different workshops between trees and above ground (going up to 50 feet height). Zip lines, monkey bridges, Tarzan jumps, flying foxes and many more obstacles link trees from one to anotherconstituting 5 separate courses ranging from easy to difficult level. No matter the
expertise visitors have, they go from tree to tree independently and at their own pace wearing a PPE (Personal Protection Equipment). For more information, please visit our website www.treetopquest.com.
We are seeking tour guides to join our team.
Greet participants
Explain the concept of edutainment
Equip, advice and prevent participants
Train and evaluate their ability to practice
Enforce park regulations
Handle off the ground salvaging situations
Must be 18 and older
Dynamic, with an outgoing personality, a sense of hospitality and good
communication skills
Practicing outdoor activities and/or a tour guide experience are a plus
Must be patient and able to lead groups of kids as well as adults
A strong team spirit is mandatory
Special interest for Nature and the environment
Must be reliable and this position requires a strong commitment to security
First Aid and CPR certifications (can be completed within 2 weeks of hiring)
Must have a flexible work schedule (including evenings, weekends and
holidays)
Will have a 3 days training on site
